All payment should be made in euros (EUR) in advance at the same time as the registration by bank transfer, to the following account:

Please write “CAG27” and the participant’s name on the remittance. Bank drafts or personal cheques cannot be accepted.

Early registration rates

Payment in full must be received before April 15th 2018 in order to benefit from the reduced registration rates. Delegates with registration payments outstanding on this date will then need to pay the standard registration fee. The standard registration process will be available until April 15th 2018, after which delegates will have to register on site (at a higher rate).


  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. Once you have completed your registration and payment, you will receive the confirmation and the receipt via email.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately all payments are non-refundable.

Letter of Invitation to Attend the Conference

A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such letter does not imply any financial obligation from conference organizers. You can only require a letter of invitation after conclude the registration and the payment for the conference.
