The registration form must be sent to eafsilva@ua.pt along with a copy of the bank payment / transfer certificate. In order to have your receipt during the Workshop you must send in your e-mail the name and address (and also “Número de Identificação Fiscal(NIF)” just for Portuguese participants) of the person and/or institution you wish to complete the receipt.
The Conference registration fee, listed in Euros, includes:
- Ice-Break Reception on Sunday July 15th
- Attendance to all conference sessions (except workshops)

Payment: All payment should be made in euros (EUR) in advance at the same time as the registration by bank transfer, to the following account:

Bank drafts or personal cheques cannot be accepted.
Early registration rates: Payment in full must be received until June 15th, 2011 in order to benefit from the reduced registration rates. Delegates with registration payments outstanding on this date will then need to pay the standard registration fee. The standard registration process will be available until July 15th, after which delegates will have to register on site (at a higher rate).
Confirmation: Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. Once you have completed your registration and payment, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your registration receipt.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately all payments are non-refundable.
Letter of Invitation to Attend the Conference: A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers. If you require a letter of invitation, please register and pay for the conference. Once the payment has been received, visit your registration page and click on the “Invitation Letter” button. This will then ask for full details for issuing the invitation letter.
